Equity Compensation & Stock-Option Planning
Kyle helps clients evaluate stock options, restricted stock, tax considerations, liquidity needs, and the role employer equity can play in their broader financial plan.
Kyle Demshki, CFP®, is a Senior Financial Advisor at Signature Estate & Investment Advisors, LLC (SEIA) and a member of Partner Eric C. Pritz’s team. Since joining SEIA in 2017, Kyle has worked with high-net-worth individuals and families on investment management and comprehensive financial planning.
Kyle’s practice is particularly relevant to clients with equity compensation or a concentrated position in employer stock. He helps clients consider how stock options, restricted stock, liquidity needs, taxes, diversification, retirement plans, and long-term goals can be coordinated within a broader wealth strategy. He co-authored SEIA’s “Spaced Out from Stock Options,” which examines the planning challenges associated with equity compensation and concentration risk.
Beyond equity-compensation planning, Kyle works with clients on retirement planning, portfolio management, and tax-aware financial-planning considerations. His approach is centered on developing an investment and planning strategy that reflects each client’s current needs and can evolve as their goals, family circumstances, and financial complexity change.
As a CFP® professional and licensed insurance agent, Kyle can incorporate insurance and risk-management considerations into the broader wealth-management conversation when appropriate. He holds Series 7 and Series 66 securities licenses.
Before joining SEIA, Kyle served as an Associate Advisor at Joel Isaacson & Co. in New York City. He earned Bachelor of Science degrees in Finance and Economics from New York University’s Stern School of Business. While at NYU, Kyle served as captain of the men’s golf team and earned Division III All-America Scholar honors.
A California native, Kyle lives in Redondo Beach with his wife and son. Outside the office, he enjoys golf, beach volleyball, and travel.
