Since 1974, the Richstone Family Center has been dedicated to treating and preventing child abuse and trauma; strengthening and educating families; and preventing violence in families, schools, and communities.

Named one of the top children’s hospitals by U.S. News & World Report, the Children’s Hospital of Orange County has been dedicated to providing the highest quality medical care to children for more than 45 years. The regional pediatric healthcare network offers many primary and specialty care clinics, more than 100 additional programs and services, a pediatric residency program, and four institutes for children’s heart, neuroscience, orthopedic and cancer research. Currently, the CHOC nurtures, advances and protects the well-being of over two million children – regardless of their family’s ability to pay.

A Place Called Home is a community center in South Central Los Angeles, where caring staff and volunteers unite to empower underserved youth via educational programs, counseling and mentorship. Here, children and teens from 8 years old to 21 years old receive after-school, weekend and all-day summer programs with homework support as well a variety of arts, athletics, dance and music classes. Additionally, teens are provided college preparation, SAT tutoring, college counseling and scholarships for further the possibilities of attaining their dreams. At A Place Called Home, youth are encouraged
to take responsibility for their future and are motivated make meaningful contributions to their community and the world.

Second Story in Dunn Loring, VA helps transform the lives of children, youth, and their families by providing safe havens and opportunities for them to grow and thrive. The Team at SEIA’s Tysons Office has attended Second Story’s Beacon of Hope charity event, taught classes on budgeting and finance, and provided over 500 Thanksgiving food baskets to local families. Through SEIA’s Senior Partners, John Keenan and Tom West, and Partner David Johnson, they have donated over $42,000 since 2017 to help families of teens in crisis around Fairfax County. We are very proud of the value Signature Fund for Giving adds to Second Story.
