Comprehensive Financial Planning
Lisa helps clients bring investment, retirement, estate, and other financial priorities into a coordinated plan that reflects their goals and evolving circumstances.
Lisa Windsor, CFP®, is a Financial Advisor at Signature Estate & Investment Advisors (SEIA) in Northern Virginia. She works with Tom West and the team’s financial planning and investment management practice to help clients navigate complex financial decisions with greater clarity and confidence.
Lisa’s focus is on bringing structure to financial lives that can feel fragmented or overwhelming. Investment decisions, retirement goals, estate-planning considerations, and changing family priorities often need to work together. She helps clients understand how these moving pieces connect and develop a strategy that reflects their goals and the life they want their wealth to support.
With experience in investment and financial planning since 2008, Lisa brings a practical, client-centered perspective to comprehensive planning. Before joining SEIA, she spent eight years as Vice President, Wealth Planner at Fidelity Investments. Her prior experience also includes roles as an Investment Counselor at T. Rowe Price and Senior Credit Manager at Wells Fargo.
Lisa is committed to helping clients make informed decisions over time, not simply responding to the financial question directly in front of them. Her approach combines disciplined investment management with thoughtful planning, helping clients adapt as their circumstances, financial responsibilities, and long-term goals evolve.
In 2025, Lisa was ranked #9 on AdvisorHub’s 100 Women Advisors to Watch list, which recognizes women advisors based on practice scale, growth, and professionalism.
Lisa earned her Bachelor of Science degree from North Dakota State University in 2008. She earned the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ certification in 2021 after completing the certification education program through the College for Financial Planning®. Lisa holds Series 7 and Series 66 securities licenses.
A North Dakota native, Lisa lives in Northern Virginia with her husband, three children, and two dogs. Outside of work, she enjoys live music, painting, and spending time with her family.
