Legan
Frank Legan is a Partner and Financial Advisor at Signature Estate & Investment Advisors, LLC (SEIA) in Cleveland. With more than 20 years of wealth-management experience, Frank works with corporate executives, business owners, artists, families, and retirees on the financial decisions that shape their current lifestyle, long-term security, and legacy.
Frank’s approach is centered on the connection between financial planning and the life a client wants to lead. He helps clients consider how investment decisions, retirement income, taxes, estate planning, family priorities, and business interests can work together within a coordinated strategy that reflects their goals and values.
A key focus of Frank’s practice is lifetime income planning. He works with clients preparing for retirement and those already in retirement to consider how income needs, investments, inflation, healthcare costs, estate priorities, and changing circumstances may affect their ability to sustain the life they envision over time.
Frank also works with business owners on the planning considerations that accompany business growth, succession, and eventual transition. He helps clients consider how business decisions can affect personal wealth, liquidity, family goals, and long-term legacy planning.
Frank earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Dayton and a master’s degree from Cleveland State University. He is based in the Cleveland area and maintains an active advisory practice.
A longtime community leader, Frank served four terms as a Council Representative at Large for the City of Highland Heights. He is also a former board member and Emeritus Chairman of Catholic Charities Diocese of Cleveland.
