Corey
Goldstein
Corey Goldstein, CFP®, CPWA®, CEPA®, is an Advisor at Signature Estate & Investment Advisors, LLC (SEIA) in the firm’s Phoenix office. With more than a decade of financial-services experience, Corey works with high-net-worth individuals, families, and privately held business owners on the financial decisions that shape both their current success and long-term legacy.
Corey’s practice is particularly focused on business-owner wealth management and exit planning. For clients whose wealth is closely connected to a privately held company, he helps consider how a future transition, sale, or succession can affect investment strategy, taxes, liquidity, retirement, estate planning, and family priorities. His approach is designed to help owners prepare well before an exit and make decisions that support both the value they have built and the life they want after the transaction.
Beyond business-transition planning, Corey helps clients connect portfolio management, retirement goals, tax-aware strategies, risk management, and estate-planning coordination within a comprehensive wealth strategy. He emphasizes clear analysis and thoughtful planning, helping clients understand how individual decisions fit within the larger picture of their financial lives.
Corey began his career in investment banking, facilitating buy-side transactions in the lower middle market. Before joining SEIA, he served as a Vice President in Bank of America Merrill Lynch’s Consumer Investments Division. This background gives him a practical perspective on the financial and strategic considerations that business owners and affluent families often face.
Corey earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of Missouri and a Master of Business Administration degree, with a concentration in Finance, from Grand Canyon University. He is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional, holds the Certified Private Wealth Advisor® designation, and is a Certified Exit Planning Advisor®. He completed his CPWA® education through the Yale School of Management.
Corey is based in Phoenix and supports clients through SEIA’s Arizona office.
