Christine Sivak, AIF^®, CPFA^®, QKA^®, is a Financial Advisor at Signature Estate & Investment Advisors, LLC (SEIA) and a retirement-plan specialist with more than 30 years of experience. She works with employers, plan sponsors, and nonprofit organizations on the fiduciary, administrative, investment, and educational decisions involved in managing qualified retirement plans.

Christine’s work is centered on helping plan sponsors make complex responsibilities more understandable. She advises on fiduciary duties, plan design, investment analysis, vendor searches, fee benchmarking, participant education, and plan administration. Her approach helps organizations connect the technical requirements of a retirement plan with the practical goals of supporting employees and building a well-governed benefits program.

A key part of Christine’s practice is helping employers create retirement plans that reflect the needs of their workforce and organization. She works with clients to evaluate plan design, investment options, service providers, and participant communication, while maintaining focus on fiduciary oversight and long-term plan effectiveness.

Christine has shared her expertise through articles on fiduciary duties and plan administration in Nonprofit World, The NonProfit Times, and Crain’s Cleveland Business. She has also presented for regional chapters of the Society for Human Resource Management, the Ohio Society of CPAs, and nonprofit leadership organizations.

Her work has been recognized by the National Association of Plan Advisors as a Top Women Advisor. She was also named to the 2026 PLANADVISER Top Retirement Plan Advisers list.

Christine earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Miami University. She holds the Accredited Investment Fiduciary^®, Certified Plan Fiduciary Advisor^®, and Qualified 401(k) Administrator^™ designations and is a licensed insurance agent in Ohio, Ohio Insurance License #248308.
