Cassie Mong is a Senior Client Service Associate at Signature Estate & Investment Advisors, LLC (SEIA) and a member of Partner David Robertson’s team. She helps oversee the day-to-day client-service needs of the practice, supporting the organized, responsive experience that allows client relationships to deepen over time.

Cassie’s role includes coordinating service requests, account-related follow-up, administrative workflows, and communication across the advisory team. She is committed to providing careful attention to detail and thoughtful follow-through, helping clients feel informed and supported throughout their relationship with SEIA.

Cassie brings a broad operational background to her work, including approximately 18 years of customer-service experience, 15 years of administrative and research experience, and nine years of audit and analysis experience. Before joining the SEIA and Cedar Brook organization, she served as a client-care specialist with JPMorgan Chase & Co. in the firm’s mortgage business unit.

Cassie attended Cuyahoga Community College. She lives in North Ridgeville, Ohio, with her son and their dog, Milo.
