Comprehensive Planning for Families & Businesses
Andrew helps families, business owners, and nonprofits coordinate investments, cash flow, retirement priorities, and long-term financial goals within one cohesive strategy.
Andrew Rome is a Financial Advisor at Signature Estate & Investment Advisors, LLC (SEIA) in Chicago. He works with Partner Len Hirsh and Team Hirsh, helping families, businesses, and nonprofits coordinate the investment and planning decisions that shape their financial lives.
Andrew’s approach is rooted in the belief that financial planning is most effective when it reflects the full picture. He helps clients consider how investments, cash flow, retirement planning, insurance, and multigenerational priorities can work together within a strategy designed around their goals and evolving circumstances.
A key focus of Andrew’s work is coordinating the many professionals involved in a client’s financial life. He works alongside clients’ CPAs, attorneys, and other advisors to help ensure that investment and planning decisions support a shared objective. Through quarterly reviews, ongoing conversations, and regular meetings, Andrew and the Team Hirsh maintain a long-term advisory relationship as clients’ needs change.
Andrew holds life, health, long-term-care, and variable-insurance licenses, allowing insurance and risk-management considerations to be incorporated into the broader wealth-management conversation when appropriate. He also holds Series 7 and Series 66 securities licenses.
In January 2024, Andrew combined his advisory practice with Len Hirsh’s. Team Hirsh was named an InvestmentNews 5‑Star Wealth Management Team in 2026, a team-level recognition that reflects its coordinated client-service approach.
Andrew graduated from Colgate University with honors and Phi Beta Kappa distinctions. He also completed an internship with the White House National Economic Council. Outside the office, Andrew enjoys running marathons, traveling, and improving his culinary skills.
