April Menary is Vice President of Operations at Signature Estate & Investment Advisors, LLC (SEIA). She helps lead the operational structure that supports advisors, associates, and clients across the firm, with responsibilities spanning recruiting, integration, strategic planning, client billing, and day-to-day business operations.

April’s work is focused on turning a growing national advisory platform into a coordinated and dependable experience. She helps ensure that new advisors and team members are welcomed into SEIA with the processes, resources, and internal support needed to serve clients effectively while preserving the relationships and service standards that define their practices.

With a strong understanding of SEIA’s business model and the roles that support it, April works across teams to connect long-term firm strategy with practical execution. Her approach emphasizes organization, collaboration, and the operational discipline needed to help advisors focus on the clients and communities they serve.

April earned a degree in Business Management from Kent State University. She is based in Northeast Ohio and enjoys biking, hiking, skiing, and running outside the office.
