Shannon is the Executive Assistant to Bill Glubiak.
Shannon has more than 20 years of client service experience working as an account executive and marketing manager, primarily in the insurance industry. She is dedicated to fostering and maintaining long-term relationships, and continues her commitment to service by supporting Bill and his clients in defining and pursuing their dreams.
Shannon graduated from Ohio University with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Marketing and a concentration in Interpersonal Communications. She and her husband Joseph, along with their two children, live in University Heights.
